About Introverts Social Club

How it started
Introverts Social Club began out of a need.
When I first moved to Valencia, I did what you’re supposed to do to meet new people — language exchanges, networking events, meetups. But I’d often leave feeling more disconnected than when I arrived. I’d wonder:
“Why can’t I connect with people?”
“What’s wrong with me?”
The truth is, nothing was wrong — I just needed something different. Smaller groups. Quieter spaces. More meaningful conversations.
It turned out I wasn’t alone. What started as a small gathering of like-minded strangers has quietly grown into a local movement — now 2300+ members strong — offering a softer, more thoughtful way to make friends in a new city.
Our mission
Moving to a new city can feel exciting — but also lonely. You arrive full of hope, but finding your people takes time. And if you’re not the kind of person who thrives in big, fast-paced social scenes, it’s easy to feel like you don’t quite fit.
At Introverts Social Club, our mission is to make that journey less overwhelming — and more human.
We create welcoming, comfortable spaces where thoughtful people can meet at their own pace. Whether you’re brand new or have been here for years, you deserve a way to connect that doesn’t ask you to be louder or someone you’re not.

What to expect
Because for many of us introverts, connection doesn’t come from loud rooms or rapid-fire small talk.
We host events that are:
Small – so it’s easier to breathe and be yourself
Structured – because no one likes feeling lost in a crowd
Thoughtful – with conversations and formats designed for depth, not small talk
Welcoming – especially if you’re nervous, quiet, or just unsure how to begin
If you’ve ever felt out of place at a typical meetup, you’re not alone. You’re exactly who we built this for.
